I don’t recall her name. But she looks like the main character from mamas family the show in the 1980s. My haircut was very simple fingerling tawn top a number three around the sides and back leave the length of the bangs and thin it. She cut the bangs finger links she barely fended out and she left edge all over the place this lady spoke perfect English. I think these people at these franchise hair salons they don’t listen to anything you have to say they do what they want to do no matter what it is a crying shame gas is at an all-time high inflation is the highest has been in for years but yet these people don’t give a flying **** what you say or ask for what a **** shame

Worst haircut experience EVER. I communicated to the stylist, Angel, that I was growing my hair out and that I just wanted it thinned out. She took the clippers and literally shaved all of the growth off of the back. I stopped her and asked her why she was taking so much off and she said that the back was a part of the sides and that if I didn't want any taken off I should have communicated that to her ! She was completely unapologetic and blamed me ! It looked terrible. She went to get the manager who at least blended the cut, but the damage was done. I have never been treated with so much disrespect and the stylist, Angel is an embarrassment to the trade and should not be working around customers. She did exactly what she wanted to do and took no responsibility whatsoever. STAY AWAY from this person

Laura was amazing! I would recommend but at the same time her waiting list is gonna get longer so idk! I got so many compliments on my hair. Thanks Laura!
