"This location has a problem keeping their stylists. It seems the average stylist stays less than 2 years. The fact that they have so much turnover is an issue for me. I like to find a good stylist and stay with her! All of the ladies are nice and have fairly good haircut-skills. I do tend to like some better than others. Their check-in process is EASY now! They use an iPad-type device, which makes things easier. I REALLY want this location to succeed! If they can just retain their talent! I rate them a 3.4 / 5 because of the turnover among the stylist and the waiting times. Give them a try and see what you think!"

"Felicia made my son (who would never let a set of clippers touch his hair) feel completely comfortable. Had him laughing and showed him this wouldn’t hurt him. The entire staff was super friendly, but this one goes to Felicia for helping a fellow parent out. Thank you!!!! Oh and we will definitely be back!"
